About the differences -1
Last month, I tried to write a part of proposal about European Citizens Rights. In order to design proper activites for the project, I have to look for much information to know it. when I was collecting the information, I realise that it is not easy to understand the rights for usually we will not focus on this kind of topic in China, what we are mostly doing to promote civil soceity is capacity building of NGOs, or preventing environment from a aspect of energy conservation and emission reduction, or focus on other specific area without talking about the rights. But I think it doesn't matter whether we will talk about rights, we are trying to promote civil soceity in different ways, and it will be better with our efforts.
