Body language in peru

Posted on by Sandy

When I arrived in Peru , I noticed that the population was doing really weird things with theirs hands.

At first, when they waved me to come I was confused; when the kids counted I was wondering what they were doing...

In short, I wanted to know more about all this body language.

Below, some examples with pictures.

Thanks at one of our Peruvian friend for the pictures.

The way they count from the pinkie to the thumb (wrong way around for the europeans)

When they want to wave that they are broke to the street seller

When they do this and move from the bottom up, it means: " we go to drink ?"
