Hi everybody !

So here is the last pst about the eat smart project here in Beijing. On wednesday we cooked french and chinese dishes. The french team worked on a piperade with french fries and magrets de canard, while the chinese team was focused on spicy beef and fried dumplings. If you add a little bit of foie gras and crêpes as dessert, you have the perfect diner we had.

On thursday morning we talked about the next steps which will take place in Palermo in Septembre. How to make it a success and avoid troubles was the main topics of ours brainstromings.

Later I will communicate to you the name of the webpage where you could find the recipes of the dishes I was talking you in my previous posts.

Hope Palermo will be as funny and interesting than Beijing was.
