Eat smart part 1

Hi everybody,

Just a few words to say that the eat smart project began on sunday night with a great beijing hot pot diner all together: chinese, vietnamese, italian and french team. So far we all have a really good time discovering each other culinary culture and gathering.

On monday morning we took time to introduce everybody and everybody's organization through presentation and funny games. After a really nice and complete lunch, leaded by Costanza, with took a four hours walk going to a market place and around Houhai and Behai lake to feel the beijing spirit. Finally to end the day we had diner in a tea house restaurant, with traditional live music and chinese shadow plays show.

We keep in touch for the next days.
